Purchasing a gift voucher

Gift vouchers, if available in the shop, may be purchased in the same way as normal items. As soon as you have purchased a gift voucher and this has been credited to you upon full payment, the amount appears below your shopping basket. By clicking on the link -send a gift voucher- you can send the required amount per e-mail.

How to send gift vouchers

In order to send a gift voucher, please click on the link -send a gift voucher- in your shopping basket and then we need the following details from you: name and surname of the recipient and his/her current e-mail address, the amount you wish to send (you may also send only part of the credited amount), a short message to the recipient. Please check all the details before you proceed; these can be edited at any time before forwarding the information.

Shopping with gift vouchers

As soon as your account has been credited with a certain amount, this can be used to pay for your order. When placing an order, you may cash in your gift voucher. If the value of the gift voucher is less than the value of the goods, please state how you wish to pay the difference. If the value of the gift voucher is greater than the value of the goods, you may of course use the remaining amount for your next order.

How to credit a gift voucher to your account.

If you have received a gift voucher by e-mail, you may credit the amount as follows:

1. Click on the link mentioned in the e-mail. If you do not have a personal customer account, you now have the opportunity to open one.

2. After placing an item in your shopping basket, you may then enter your gift voucher code number.
